Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear or makeup.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
